Principal's Newsletter
10/19/2018
Greetings,
Yesterday, we had over 500 senior citizens at Schroeder during the day to take in some musical entertainment and share in a luncheon. Many of our students performed by singing or playing their instruments. Other students assisted in serving our senior citizens at their luncheon. It was a great success. Our students and senior citizens enjoyed each others company.
As we approach the end of the 8th week, grades should begin to take shape for the 1st quarter. Please review the portal with your student and have those supportive discussions. Some prompts that foster discussion are:
- What class(es) are you learning the most in? Why is that?
- At this moment, what are you most proud of this year?
- What is an obstacle you are overcoming or would like support on overcoming?
Thanks for all of your support and communication and sharing your students with us in building a dream!
Have a great weekend,
Paul Benz
