Text Sets
Great resources for creating text sets
What Are Text Sets?
A set of texts with a common topic that vary in complexity and genre that support student success with an “anchor text” (a more complex text). A text set could include art, film, graphics, literature, nonfiction, poetry, etc.
Text sets offer a great way to build knowledge and vocabulary as well as support students in reading texts independently.
