Homeostasis is the property of a system in which variables are regulated so that the internal conditions remain stable and relatively constant. In this case homeostasis requires a sensor to detect change in the condition to be regulated. Many diseases can involve a disturbance of homeostasis. As the Human body ages, the efficiency in its control systems becomes reduced this gradually results in an unstable environment that increases the risk of illness, and leads to physical changes associated with aging.

Did you know that most child obesity is caused by junk food. Junk food also affects the circulatory and the digestive system. The circulatory system by causing build-up which causes the heart to pump faster. Junk food can cause you to develop type 2 diabetes. The sugar in junk food will cause your blood sugar to rise and your pancreas to be overworked. You are also more likely to get type 2 diabetes from if you are over weight.
