Grab 'N Go Breakfast offers second chance to fuel up
High school students commonly report not having enough time in the morning and not being hungry before school starts as reasons they do not have breakfast every day. Second chance breakfasts allow students an opportunity to nourish themselves a little later in the morning instead of counting down the minutes until lunch.
BHS now has a Grab 'N Go breakfast for all students right after the first block ends (except for Wednesday because of the late start). Grab 'N Go will offer students a fast and convenient way to purchase a breakfast meal later in the morning. A cart with breakfast items will be offered to students in two hallway locations between 9:33-9:38 AM. The cost of each breakfast is $1.20.
Many thanks to our fabulous kitchen staff for making this happen!

Community helps out with BHS morning welcome!
In case you haven’t heard, we’re inviting Bolivar businesses, organizations, and churches to sponsor our morning “welcome” for students. We want to have a positive start every day and partner with all the great people in our community. If your group wants to be part of our morning, you can sign up here, give us a call, or hit us up on Facebook Messenger.

Remind App to Stay Connected to BHS
The Remind App is a great way to stay connected with BHS. You can contact teachers or principals through the app. It's available for Android or iOS. We hope this tool is helpful, but if for any reason you need to opt out, the link below has information on how to do that.
Academic Support
Beginning Tuesday, September 18th, BHS will offer Extended Library Hours/Tutoring on Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 3:00-4:30pm in the BHS Library. There is no need for an appointment. Students are welcome to stop by for any academic reason. Of course, if you feel your student needs extra help in a class, reach out to the teacher to let them know. We want to make sure we are supporting students in their academic progress.
