CB Virtual Learning Update
Central Bucks administration and faculty have been working to prepare for several models of instructional programming amidst the challenges of the continued COVID-19 pandemic. While the "distance learning" program delivered in the spring during the emergency closure represented the dedicated work of our teachers and administrators - the 2020-2021 virtual learning program will be vastly different. Students will have opportunities for live instruction and be fully assessed in their learning. Most importantly, it will reflect the high standards of a Central Bucks School District education.
In this video overview, Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education Dr. Abe Lucabaugh and Director of Special Education Allison Kuchler share insights into the overall goals of this program, and what students and families can expect.
Middle School Bell Schedule
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays will include a 30-minute “office hours” session. This will provide access for teachers to conduct follow-ups and check-ins with students, deliver intervention and enrichment, and more. On Tuesdays and Thursdays a 30-minute advisory session will take place in lieu of office hours.
High School Bell Schedule
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays will include 15-minute “office hours.” This will provide access for teachers to conduct follow-ups and check-ins with students, deliver intervention and enrichment, and more. Tuesdays and Thursdays will include a 15-minute advisory session in lieu of office hours.
