Wondering what all this Chromebook talk is about? Interested in how our Intermediate students are accessing Google Education Apps to transform their learning experience?


Please join us at DAIS on Thursday, September 22 at 6:30 pm for a Google "boot camp," designed for parents and guardians. Our experienced team of teachers, principals and technology staff will guide you through these student tools so you can better assist your child at home. There will be a brief presentation, a Q&A session and some hands-on Chromebook time.

Parents/guardians will:

  • Learn the basics of Chrome technology and student Google accounts.
  • Engage in student apps and extensions such as Google Sheets, Google Slides, and more!
  • Learn about off-campus use at home, including safety and security topics.
