The Falcon
Fieldstone Middle School * December 2019
Dear Parents and Guardians,
The past weeks here at Fieldstone Middle School have been filled with field trips, fundraisers, and of course many important learning experiences at every grade level and in all content areas. The first trimester ends on Thursday, December 5th. Report cards will be available through the parent portal at 4:00 on Friday, December 13th. We encourage parents and students to utilize the information provided as the catalyst for conversation about setting academic and personal goals. Even short term goals established around work habits and time management can have a significant impact on learning.
On behalf of the entire FMS community, we wish you a very healthy and happy holiday season. Thank you for your continued support of our programs, and please don't hesitate to reach out to us if there is anything that we can do to assist you or your children.
Please see below for the many reasons why it's great to be a Falcon.
All the best,

Our students observed Veterans Day through a number of curricular connections. Ms. Marsigliano provided an authentic experience for her fifth graders by having her grandfather, Ken Florio, speak to each one of her classes about his service to our country during the Korean War.
It was an impactful experience for students to thank a veteran in person!
