We have several classes (mornings and evenings to choose from).
So how do you set up your "sweaty coffee date"?
Simply go HERE to our calendar and schedule your free visit. If you bring a friend, you don't both have to register, just one. We make things easy!
What do you need?
- Just a water bottle and some excitement!
- Show up about 5 minutes before to meet your trainer and set up. It's easy.
