Sports Day Thursday 16th June
Children in the Early Years will be enjoying their races at 9am in the morning, so that parents can stay and watch after drop off. We would like the children to come to school in their PE kit and they can then stay in it all day.
In the afternoon at 1.30pm (parents and carers welcome to attend) we will have our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Sports Day with a range of games and relay races.
All children will need to have summer PE kit - suitable footwear and black/white shorts (no jogging bottoms please). As always we will provide coloured T-shirts for the children to wear in the afternoon. The children should come to school in their school uniform.
Hats Off by Key Stage 1 and Early Years
This year we are having two end of year productions. There will be a Key Stage 1 and Early Years Show and a Key Stage 2 show. This new approach will give all the children in every class more opportunity to be involved in performing.
In Early Years and Key Stage 1 the children are already making great progress in learning the fabulous songs for their performance of 'Hats Off!' In the next few weeks we will be sending home a letter to parents and carers so that they can obtain tickets for the performances on Tuesday 5th July (at 2.15pm and 6.15pm) and Wednesday 6th July (at 2.15pm).
We are sure that you will be wowed by our terrifically talented performers.
The Legend of Shrek by Key Stage 2
They are enjoying learning lots of songs, lines and dance moves for their performances which will be on Tuesday 19th July (at 1.30pm and 6.30pm) and Wednesday 20th July (at 6.30pm).
