Death
The deaths in the book of the other tributes are a lot longer in the book then the are in the movie. For example when Cato dies the book states that he was not killed instantly by Katniss but Katniss waits and can hear him screaming and cries til the next morning where she then shoots him with her arrow. Thresh
Thresh's death in the book is assumed that he was killed by Cato which created a bigger final showdown scene. But in the movie he screams and then you hear the dogs start barking which tells you that the mutants created by the game makers killed him instead of Cato.TE: Chapter 22
