FBMS DRAMA PRESENTS LEGALLY BLOND
The FBMS Drama Club proudly presents "Legally Blonde JR" on Friday, February 1st at 7:00 pm, Saturday February 2nd at 12 noon and 5:00 pm.
Harvard's beloved blonde takes the stage by glittery pink storm in this fun and upbeat adaptation of the hit film and award-winning Broadway musical.
Legally Blonde JR. follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. When Elle's boyfriend, Warner, dumps her and heads to Harvard, claiming she's not "serious" enough, Elle takes matters into her own hands, crafting a showy song-and-dance personal essay and charming her way into law school. Befriending classmate, Emmett, and spunky hairdresser, Paulette, along the way, Elle finds that books and looks aren't mutually exclusive. As Elle begins outsmarting her peers, she realizes that law may be her natural calling after all.
Tickets are $8 for students/seniors $10 general admission.
Tickets can be purchased online and at the door.
REMINDER: AN ID IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THE BUILDING
The safety of our students and faculty is a top priority at FBMS. We want to continue to foster a welcoming environment while adhering to the safety protocol for entry into the building. Please be patient & understanding as our front office personnel ensures appropriate procedures are being followed.
All school doors are locked at all times. Visitors must ring the bell located on the outside on the main entrance doors. The bell will activate the front office camera/intercom so that the school personnel can see/speak to the visitor prior to allowing entry to the vestibule area. Upon entry, visitors will be asked to provide a government issued ID ( drivers license or passport) in order to gain access to the main building. A visitor badge will be issued and required to be worn inside the building. Thank you for your understanding.
