Science & Social Studies
Parents,
As I write this note, students have not taken the Milestones Science nor Social Studies. We have worked very hard to review for this major test and I hope your student does well! Hopefully, we finished STRONG!
After Milestones testing, students will begin to construct their paper mache volcanoes. Please have your student bring in a clean, empty, soda can. This project will entail creating a volcano from paper mache, painting it, then erupting it! Students can erupt their volcano at home by combining baking soda and vinegar. A little red food coloring helps add to the lava effect!
Looking forward to May fu
