From Me To You

Dear Parents,

Wow, we had a great first week of learning and getting to know each other. I will be sending out a weekly newsletter. Please read it carefully for important reminders and to see what we are learning. My hope is by keeping you informed we will create a school to home connection. This will help you support the learning that is going on in our classroom.

I look forward to working with your child and you this year. Together we will help them be successful in first grade.

As a reminder parents aren't aloud to eat lunch with their child until September 6th. This is so we can get them into the rituals and routines of the cafeteria.

Garro's Superheroes

After coloring their mask and having their picture taken I ask the kids to tell me what their super power is. This could be something they are good at, at school or home. Ask your child what their superpower is.
