Picture Day, Testing Calendar and More.
A Note from Principal Kevin
Dear Laurel Elementary Families,
No foolin'! It is difficult to believe that we have starter April. This year is flying by!
Spring pictures are on Monday with Lifetouch. All students will have their photo taken and photos will be available for order through Lifetouch.
The egg count is at three for our nest of future ducklings. We have a viewpoint from inside the building that allows kids to monitor Mama Duck without disturbing her. It is an exciting event to be sure.
All month long we are having Funtastic Fridays to celebrate the arrival of spring and all that it brings.
- Today was ALL ONE COLOR day
- April 8 - Mismatch and Clash Day
- April 15 - Sports Theme Day - dress to support your favorite team or sport
- April 22 - Earth Day! dress to celebrate the Earth or wear all green
- April 29 - Career Day - dress for your future career
The crosswalk markings in front of the school were removed for repaving. Please slow down and watch for kiddos and crossing guards while dropping off or picking up. The markings will be repainted next week.
