Volunteers Needed!
As we are gearing up for the marching season to start, please consider helping out by taking on one of these key roles:
- Food Coordinator - coordinates the committee that helps feed the band on Friday nights before football games
- Prop Coordinator - works with the directors and committee to create/build props for the show and helps with a plan to get them on and off the field for football games and competitions
- Senior Parent Coordinator - responsible for getting the pictures taken and ordering the Senior Banners

Mandatory Form for All Marching Band Students
In order for your student to participate in marching band camp, which begins July 20th, you MUST fill out and submit the ECA Summer Activity Consent and Release Form. Please do this as soon as possible! Your student will NOT be allowed to participate if this form is not completed through Skyward. This is VERY IMPORTANT!
Band Camp Schedule
Week of July 20 -24 – Same schedule every day Monday - Friday
- 9:00am – 1:00pm Winds (All Brass and Woodwinds)
- 1:00pm – 5:00pm Percussion and Color Guard
Week of July 27-31
- Monday 9:00am – 1:00pm Winds, 1:00pm -- 5:00pm Percussion and Guard
- Tuesday 12:00pm – 4:00pm Winds, 4:00pm -- 8:00pm Percussion and Guard
- Wednesday 12:00pm – 4:00pm Winds, 4:00pm – 8:00pm Percussion and Guard
- Thursday 12:00pm – 4:00pm Winds, 4:00pm – 8:00pm Percussion and Guard
- Friday 9:00am – 1:00pm Winds, 1:00 – 5:00 pm Percussion and Guard
The Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday schedules the second week are built around registration times. We are awaiting further guidance on when we will be able to schedule uniform fitting.
We will continue to have bonding activities within sections built in to this schedule, so there is a lot of fun coupled with the hard work!

- June 28 - $125.00 Deposit
- July 31 - $250.00
- August 31 - $250.00
- September 30 - $250.00 ($200.00 with Optional Fundraising)
