Support ELL Students with Audio Books
Learning to read is tough. It's especially difficult if you barely speak the language you're learning to read. Many students struggle with English language acquisition particularly if they are learning English as a second language and lack context and vocabulary. In the latest Tales2go White Paper, we discuss the ways in which audiobooks can help to support English Learners in particular. Learn about how audiobooks provide opportunities for self-regulated learning in a fun and simple to implement format.

Keep learning fresh with our blog!
We know educators at home and at school are always busy, and in these weeks leading up to Spring Break, it can feel like a whirlwind! We want to help with relevant, realistic learning activities. Every week, we post around a new topic in our ongoing effort to provide valuable support. We pair title suggestions with activities that students can do while they listen to both support their auditory comprehension and focus their attention. You can fit some of these activities into time slots as short as 15 minutes. Save your voice, calm your students, and support their learning habits all at the same time! Whenever possible, we incorporate other core curricular concepts like STEAM concepts. Check out our recent posts on St. Patrick's Day (including a story about the patron saint himself) and Pi Day (mathematicians' favorite holiday!).
