A huge thank you to everyone who donated goodies for Teacher Appreciation Week! We value our partnership and appreciate all the support!

Curbside Meal Distribution

Curb-side meal distribution will continue to be available on Wednesdays and Fridays, from

11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Each Wednesday’s meal bag will include food for three days. Each Friday’s meal bag will include food for four days. Curb-side meal bags include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack plus milk and/or water.


Meals can be picked up from any participating school site even if your child attends a different school.


Curb-side meal distribution will only be available for pick-up at the following school sites:


  • Banneker Elementary
  • Chopticon High
  • L.M. Dent Elementary
  • Esperanza Middle
  • Dynard Elementary
  • Great Mills High
  • Greenview Knolls Elementary
  • Leonardtown High
  • Lexington Park Elementary
  • Margaret Brent Middle
  • Ridge Elementary
  • Spring Ridge Middle

SAVE THE DATE: 2021 ACADEMY FORUM WITH REP. HOYER, SEN. CARDIN & SEN. VAN HOLLEN

The offices of Congressman Hoyer, Congressman Brown, Senator Ben Cardin and Senator Van Hollen as well as representatives from the U.S. Federal Military Academies will host a virtual information session on this year's candidate cycle for the Congressional Nomination for the U.S. Federal Military Service Academies. Speakers from the Academies and two Maryland Senators’ Offices will discuss the application process. Interested students will need to request participation in the information session by emailing Stefanie Carey (email listed below). After requesting participation students will receive an email confirming their RSVP with a link to the Microsoft Teams call. Any questions may be referred to Stefanie Carey.

WHAT: Virtual Academy Nomination Forum

"Everybody Eats" Program at SRMS

At Spring Ridge Middle School, us Harriers like to SOAR together and one way we do that is by helping each other out. That's why we have created "Everybody Eats".
It is our lunch donation fund that ensures all of our Harriers have access to a nutritious
lunch to make it through their day. Please consider making a donation to our lunch fund.


Donations can be made online, by visiting MySchoolBucks. Go to www.myschoolbucks.com. Go to your profile and make sure that your student is added as a student. Then click on the School Store link at the top of the page or the school store icon in the middle of the screen, and browse all items. At this point all items that are available for your student will show.

Meal Benefits Applications

Children need healthy meals to learn. St. Mary’s County Public Schools offers healthy meals every school day. Lunch costs $2.95. Your child/children may qualify for free meals or for reduced-price meals. Reduced-price is $0.30 for lunch.
