NEW: Seniors - Update Your Naviance
As you hear college application results and are applying to colleges, you are required to enter the status on your NAVIANCE account (accepted, denied, waitlisted, etc). This part of your senior ‘to dos’ as we work toward graduation.
Go to Naviance → Colleges I am Applying To → Edit → Check ‘I have submitted my Application’ and add your Results
Please be sure to keep your ‘Colleges I'm Applying To’ information as accurate and updated as possible! If you decide not to apply to a particular college, please remove it from your ‘Colleges I Am Applying To’ list.
EVHS Virtual College Planning Night - Monday, March 8, 6:30 PM
The Eastview High School Virtual College Planning Night will take place on Monday, March 8th at 6:30 pm, via zoom. Please pre-register here to watch live and be able to ask questions in the chat. A virtual link will be emailed to registrants 24 hours before the event and it will also be recorded for those not able to make it.
This seminar is very timely for families of sophomores and juniors, but all grades are welcome to attend! This informational seminar outlines the process for planning and preparing for a post-high school education. Topics include EVHS graduation requirements, college admission related changes due to the pandemic, changes to ACT and SAT requirements, college visits, choosing a college, college requirements, and the necessary timelines in the application process. The powerful tools of NAVIANCE, a web-based college and career program, will also be shared.

Minnesota’s Virtual College Exploration is FREE for students and families.
Starting today, you can register for various sessions here.
Once students register for sessions they want to attend, they'll receive a confirmation email with their unique link to join the Zoom webinar.
When students register, their registration information is only shared with the colleges presenting on that particular panel. StriveScan does not sell or share personally identifiable student information with any other third parties. Parents can register using their student's information.
Black College Expo- Virtual College Fair Events
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Black College Expo will be hosted LIVE virtually until we can continue back to physical events. The Black College Expo events are ONLINE Experiences for students to get access to colleges, highlighting HBCUs, historically black colleges and universities, and other educational programs.
Students can get ACCEPTED on the SPOT! College Application FEES Waived, and get SCHOLARSHIPS on the spot! It was developed due to the impact COVID-19 pandemic that has affected students and families, especially when it comes to college access. This event will help high school seniors looking for a college home and college transfer students looking to transfer to a four year college.
