Traffic Reminders

For the health and safety of our students and our community, please DO NOT make U-Turns on Garaventa Ranch Road!

We have a lot of parents making illegal U-turns which causes safety concerns and traffic congestion.

Please remember to abide by all traffic laws during drop-off and pick-up. Thank you!

Volunteers

We are so excited to welcome volunteers onto campus, as you are valuable support for our educators and students! We will need to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Volunteers must be cleared through our District's online volunteer portal.
  • Once your application is cleared by our District's Human Resources Department, there is a mandatory 14-day waiting period for the LPD to process volunteer names. Volunteers cannot participate in school activities until their clearance date.
  • Classroom volunteers are limited to a maximum of 2 in a classroom at any given time.

At the site level, there are additional steps that need to be taken.
  1. Once you complete the online volunteer portal, our office will review your forms and send them to the Human Resources Department.
  2. Bring proof of a negative TB test to the office staff.
  3. Teachers need to create volunteer sign-ups.
  4. Read and agree to the guidelines from our District's Volunteer Handbook

Staff Appreciation Week!

Join us in celebrating our amazing ACE Staff during National Staff Appreciation Week, May 2 - May 6. Please note that this is also the week of state testing, so while we want to recognize our staff for all of the awesome things they do for us, we also want to make sure we provide our wildcats with the opportunities to do their best on the test! Please check with your classroom Room Parents for more information about how to best celebrate the staff in your classroom. Here are some suggested ways to celebrate:
