*A NOTE FROM PRINCIPAL SCRIVO*

Mark your calendar for our student materials drop - off and pick - up day. Join us at your designated grade level time to return Chromebooks, chargers, iCenter books, classroom library books, textbooks, and any other school materials your student may have at home. If possible please place these items in a clear plastic bag labeled with your student’s first and last name. You will then be able to pick up items you may have left in the classroom and your locker.

To help with social distancing each grade will have a designated pick up day. Dates and times are posted below. All items will be returned to you through your teachers classroom window to again help with social distancing. At no time may anyone except approved staff enter the school building. Please follow the state social distancing and face mask guidelines. In order to minimize the flow of people, we request that only one (1) parent/guardian accompany their student to pick up materials.

If you choose to bring your child, it is important to prepare them for a quick visit. Your child may become emotional due to these unusual curcumstances. We are hoping this short time will provide both them and their teachers a sence of closure as we end this unprecedented school year.

Our focus is on returning your child’s items in a manner that ensures the safety of students, parents and staff. We ask that you help us maintain this safe environment by following the established procedures. Failure to do so may cause confusion, creating an unsafe environment. We will do our best to make sure that this process runs quickly and smoothly.

Take additional precautions by unpacking student materials and washing your hands for at least 20 seconds.

We miss our Scotch families and look forward to seeing you all from afar.

CAR LINE HANG TAG/BACKPACK TAG

Remember students will have the same car line number/tag throughout their stay at Scotch. Please do not throw away their/your car line tags. We know many students replace their backpacks over the summer. Please just carefully cut off the zip tie and we will replace it when they return to school. Incoming siblings will use the same family car tag number.

YEARBOOK

As soon as the yearbook's are completed they will be shipped to the school and details regarding their distribution will be forthcoming.
