Counselor Corner
Ms. Cameron's Newsletter (Quarter 4)
Dear Chatfield Families
CMAS
During one of 3rd-5th grades' counselor lessons, we learned about helpful ways to manage worrying thoughts and reduce test anxiety. Some of these strategies include deep breathing, positive self-talk, physical stretching/movements, and other mindful activities. Reach out to your child's teacher if you have any questions related to CMAS.
Additional resources about test-taking can be found here.
Lunch Bunch
Reach out to me if you think your child might benefit from this group. Groups are currently full for this school year, but I will definitely be running them again next school year!
