Announcements and Updates
Thank you for allowing us the privilege to teach your child/children this year. Have a restful and renewing summer. I look forward to seeing you all in the fall!
*Friday's end-of-year Mass (6/10/16) will take place at 9:30am at St. Joseph's church. All students in grades 1-7 will be in attendance. All parents and guests are welcome and are encouraged to join us in prayer. We hope to see you there.
*Report cards will be sent home with your child on the last day of school.
Updates & Resources:
Remember, even though it's a break from school, summer should not be a break from God. For those of you traveling, be sure to check out masstimes.org to see when Masses in your destination will be. And here are a list of resources (podcasts, apps, websites) that could help make God a regular part of your day & summer.
Check out photos from this Tuesday's 6th grade publishing party. The students worked hard through the writing process this past month and produced some intriguing, clever, and fun stories. Your child was returned his/her story this week, so be sure you take some time to read it.
The Chicago Lyric Opera is presenting an opera for young people: "Jason and the Argonauts" - it runs for a limited time in August (and looks like a lot of fun). Consider checking it out on their website.
