Thursday, February 6, 4:15 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.
Tuesday, February 11, 4:15 p.m.- 8:15 p.m.
Thursday, February 13, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
We will be using a conference scheduling program called PickAtime. Visit the website at:
https://pickatime.com/client?ven=11607274&event=345036
The website will be available beginning Friday, January 24 at 3:00 p.m. and will close Sunday, February 2 at 11:59 p.m.
Important Details
Our Spring Conferences will be held for KG – 5th Grade only. Preschool teachers will conduct home visits with all preschool families and will discuss children’s progress at that time. Parents of preschoolers will NOT sign-up for a Pick-a-Time conference. Teachers will be contacting parents to schedule a home visit.
Conferences are scheduled for 15 minutes only.
One 15 minute conference time per student. If you have more than one student at Montclair, please try to schedule conferences with 15 minutes in between each conference, in the event that a conference schedule gets backed up.
If your student’s conference includes Mrs. Brokaw, Mr. Clark, Mrs. Moody, Mrs. Becker, Mrs. Reger and/or Mrs. Reid, an appointment may have been scheduled for your student and their siblings.
Register (new users)
Enter your email address and push “Login/Create Account”. (There is an option to type in if you don’t have an email address)
