Clover Leaf Rolls
- Divide the dough into several equal portions and roll each portion into ropes of equal diameter
- Cut the ropes into equal size pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
- lace 3 balls into each cup of a lightly greased muffin tin.

Parker House Rolls
- Roll the dough so that it has a rectangular shape
- Cut the length
- Cut each strip into thirds
- Fold the pieces so that one end is about a ½ inch from lining up with the other end.
- Place the dough on a lightly greased baking sheet with the 2 ends facing down.
- Repeat the process, Overlap all the pieces on the baking sheet.

Crescents
- A crescent shape is created by first rolling the dough into a rectangular shape
- Cut the long rectangle into squares.
- Cut each square diagonally to form triangles.
- Beginning at the base of the triangle, roll the dough toward the top point.
- Bend the two ends toward the pointed end to create the crescent shape.

Round
- To create round rolls, first divide the bread dough into several equal sized balls
- Using a circular motion with the palm of your hand, to create a ball shape. Can also be created by rolling it in the between your hands

Braided
1. Divide dough into 3 equal strands
2. place the 3 ropes on a lightly greased pan, begin in the center and braid outward by lifting the first strand over the middle one and the third one over the first, and the middle over the third and repeat.
3. seal both ends
4. allow to rise and bake
Pretzels
- roll the dough as long as you can
- take the ends and draw them together to form a circle
- twist the ends of the rope
- bring the twisted ends down to the bottom curve
- bake
Loaves
- You can simply just push the dough in the loaf pan or you could roll out the dough into a rectangular shape about the same width as the pan, roll up the dough similar to a swiss roll, and place into the pan with seam side down.
