- Staff Recognition Event
Dr. Kaczkowski shared highlights of the annual D41 event which celebrates staff achievements and retirees. This year's event was held via Zoom. Click here for a highlight video. - Recovery Plan Update
Dr. Kaczkowski shared that we are already making some changes in the buildings to prepare for the possibility of returning to in-person learning in the fall. She shared photos of what the sneeze guards that have been installed look like in several of the offices. She also provided a summary of her recent meeting with the Regional Office of Education and the DuPage County Health Department. She gave some direct thoughts for parents about what they can do to start preparing. In addition, she shared that the District 41 Threat Assessment Team met with consultant Dr. Nancy Zarse and Glen Ellyn Police Department Sergeant Craig Holstead. The district is moving forward with crisis management and threat assessment training.
