COVID-19 REQUIRED COMMUNICATION
This is confidential information and is protected by HIPAA. It will only be used for contact tracing, required quarantines, and required notifications.
All reports should go to:

COVID-19 Symptoms and Next Steps
COVID-19 Symptoms
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath/Difficulty breathing
- Fatigue (tiredness)
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
What do I do now?
1. If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms- STAY HOME.
2. Contact your supervisor; report absence online; contact your assigned HRD Benefits Technician.
3. Do not leave home.
4. Take care of yourself- hydrate, rest, monitor symptoms (how long, how bad).
5. Contact your healthcare provider for additional guidance or testing.
6. Contact a COVID test center near you if unable to contact a healthcare provider.
7. Seek immediate emergency care if:
- Trouble breathing
- Pain or pressure in chest
- Confusion
- Bluish lips or face
- Inability to stay awake
8. Isolate yourself from others to limit spread of infection, including family members.
9. Determine recent contacts for reporting/follow-up purposes.
10. Follow quarantine time limits- do not leave home during the duration of quarantine days prescribed by your medical advisor.
11. Call health provider or 911 if symptoms worsen, or you need emergency care.
