Dallas County Promise
The Promise Pledge is now LIVE on the website! You can find the official Promise Pledge steps online. The Promise Pledge is the first step of the Dallas County Promise. Please see the additional steps here. The Dallas County Promise is a last-dollar scholarship opportunity. The expectation is that ALL seniors complete ALL steps of the Promise. The Promise is non-binding and serves as a post-secondary OPTION. ECHS students do not need to apply to Dallas College, but instead a partner university.
