All students who joined AP classroom had an exam ordered for them. Payments will be collected through City Hall Systems until May 1, 2023.

Once again this year we are very excited to share with you that, thanks to a very generous donation, all 11th and 12th grade students’ first 2 exams will be covered. Any 11th or 12th grade student taking more than 2 exams will be responsible for paying for each additional exam.

The donation does not cover underclassmen. Grade 9 and 10 students will have to pay for all exams they are taking. Remember 10th grade students in their 1st year of AP US History do not take the AP exam this year and do not have to pay for this exam.

AP Exam Cost:

AP exam cost for this year will be $97 per exam. For those students who qualify for Free or Reduced lunch the cost will be reduced to $15 per exam.

Payments are made through City Hall Systems - https://epay.cityhallsystems.com/ (Please see attached instructions).

**Those students taking AP US History 1, DO NOT take the AP US History test this year. You DO NOT have to make a payment for this exam.**

• Failure to do so will result in a $40 late charge as determined by the College Board (joining AP Classroom is linked to ordering you an exam).
• Students and Families will receive a separate email if they have to pay the $40 fee.

Important -

• Students taking AP US History 1 DO NOT take the AP exam this year.

• Any student who withdraws from or joins an AP class after the November deadline will incur a $40 fee per class as determined by the College Board.
• Any student who does not sit for the exam in May will incur a $40 fee per class as determined by the College Board.

What is AP Classroom: AP Classroom is an online resource for students enrolled in AP classes at FHS. Students are able to access different resources to help them throughout the course.

Why do I need to join AP Classroom: By joining AP Classroom an AP exam is ordered for you. You must join AP Classroom for each AP class you are taking.

How do I access AP Classroom: Your teacher will give you an AP Classroom join code. This join code is unique to their specific class. Once you have this join code you will go to myap.collegeboard.org and either sign in if you have an existing College Board account (same account as SAT registration) or select "sign up".

I do not remember my login information: You can select “Forgot username or password?” links to retrieve the information or you can contact the College Board directly 888-225-5427
