And, Incentive Trip!

Summer is quickly approaching and I want to line up a chat with those of you that want to to discuss how to tackle these next few months when they tend to get busier with activities and kids being out of school.
I want you to start getting things scheduled such as 1:1's and socials. I also want you to visit your 100 person list and start thinking about who you want to ask to join this mission. I know most of you have struggled with recruiting and while it's not my strong point I've gotten pretty good at it. One of the biggest things I learned is you need to step out of your comfort zone and just ask. They aren't going to unfriend you, the worst that can happen is you hear no or not right now. At least you've planted the seed. I have also learned that less is more. With that first point of contact, you want to ask if it's ok to talk, not give them a bunch of information. If you want more guidance, ask me. :-)

INCENTITVE TRIP
Each year on June 1st Beautycounter releases all of the details to the Incentive Trip which will be in October of this year. For those that are new since last September I will give you the down and dirty of what this is. For 2 months (June/July) you will have the opportunity to work towards earning the trip. We don't know the details for this trip yet as that will be released on 6/1. Last years trip was incredible! We were in Ojai, California and you couldn't have asked for a better trip. It was a smidge of training and a whole bunch of fun in the sun. You pay for travel and BC covers the rest. And, let me tell you they know how to pamper you. It isn't an easy trip to earn, but it is so worth it in many ways. The earning of the trip lights your fire and creates incredible growth for your business. The estimate for those earned the trip was their business grew by 400%. For those that worked toward the trip, but didn't earn it their business still grew by about 200%. Incredible right!?
