AFSA Fall Athletics Survey 2021-2022 Grades 7th-12th
Is your AFSA student interested in participating in fall sports at AFSA for the 2021-2022 school year? This year, we will offer Girls Volleyball, Boys and Girls Soccer, and Boys and Girls Cross Country through the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL). Students in grades 7 – 12 are eligible to participate in MSHSL athletics. Fall sports practices begin on August 16, 2021.
AFSA’s volleyball and cross country teams will be official AFSA sports teams in the fall.
This year, Boys and Girls Soccer Programs will be in a co-op with other schools in our athletic conference. Co-op teams merge two or more school teams to create one team. Our Boys Soccer Team will co-op with Liberty Classical Academy in White Bear Lake, and our Girls Soccer Team will co-op with Hmong College Prep Academy.
If your AFSA student is interested in participating in fall sports, please click here to fill out the AFSA Fall Sports Form. You will be contacted soon about a parent meeting prior to the beginning of the school year.

The Potato Hug is Returning! Save the Date!
During their agricultural classes students design entrepreneurial type projects that they complete outside of class for their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE). Each project is an opportunity for students to demonstrate professionalism, develop entrepreneurial skills, and showcase their hard work. The Potato Hug provides our students with a venue to sell and display their SAE projects.
Students in 7th-12th grade are invited to sell items from their SAE projects at the Potato Hug. Students in 5th- 6th grade are invited to participate through a coordinated classroom activity that introduces them to SAE's.
Families watch for more information about the event, sponsor opportunities and more! Students watch your email for registration information!
