A new way to discover the city, a tour into its golden past
Once upon a time Argentina was one of the wealthiest countries in the world. In the early XX century Buenos Aires simply blossomed, experiencing a strong demographic growth and embracing a deep modernization process.
Dreaming of Paris, the local aristocracy produced a series of urban projects with the aim of creating the South American pole for arts and architecture. Most of these buildings still remain and provide the city its particular European charm.
Join us in a trip to the past, visiting the iconic spots of Retiro and Recoleta neighbourhood, and exploring History through the eyes of the Belle Epoque Buenos Aires aristocratic members.
While walking around Plaza San Martin, Avenida Alvear, the Recoleta cemetry or the embassies quartier, we will recall the stories and anectdotes of the powerfull families that once inhabited there and had also coined the destiny of the city and the nation.
