Right to Bear Arms
Amendment 2
The United States Constitution protects the right of individuals to keep and bear arms. This right gives you permission to own guns and buy them. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. They have permitted the government to limit some rights of gun manufacturers, owners and sellers.
