Mrs. Albrecht's Weekly Newsletter

September 7th - September 11th

I hope everyone enjoyed their 3-day weekend! We're ready to start another week of learning and fun. Last week, we took our first set of weekly tests. Overall, I was very happy with the results! Please remind your child to show evidence in their test. This means going back in the story and underlining where they find their answers. This is a great skill to have the students use on any test.

We will start using the Schoology learning platform in our class. This is an online learning management system where students can submit assignments to me online. Please look for an email from me this week with more information, including parent log-in details.

Below, you will find the weekly homework plan. I've had some questions about specific assignments; I've reviewed all assignments with students and will do so again this week. If you have questions regarding what is assigned, please let me know.

We are collecting box tops! Please send them in with your child...our goal is to collect the highest number of box tops in the school!

Have a great week!
