Looking Ahead
We will have Logan Weber here on September 14th to talk with our students about social media, bullying, motivation, and being a leader. More info to come.
Athletics
The past week put fall sports in full action. Football had been practicing hard in preparation for Tuesdays home game versus Angola at 5pm. If you haven't been by the gym after school, I'm sure you can still hear the cheerleaders in any part of the building! They are the loudest Cheer group yet, and will be ready to be in action Tuesday night at the football game!
Cross country runners are large in numbers and continue to battle all weather conditions add they will be in action Thursday evening at the Maple Creek invite! Start time is 4:45, see coach Starkel for exact times of each group to run.
The latest group to start is volleyball with almost 80 girls trying out. The tough decision by the coaches is choosing roughly the primary 40 to play during the season. They will start competitions shortly, but first they have a week of practice and a parent meeting on Wednesday night.
We always enjoy having a large crowd to support our KNIGHTS, please stop out and cheer on our hard working student athletes!
