Berrien County Conservation District - Tree Seedlings
The Berrien Conservation District has donated seedlings for each our students to take home. Funding for this is in part or whole from the Berrien Community Foundation Heart of the Cook Earth Day Environmental Grant. Students will bring home their seedling on Monday. The mission is to promote the protection and improvement of Berrien County's natural resources through education, management, and technical assistance.
Homecoming Recap
Our Comets had a great Homecoming week. We were able to celebrate with Dress up Days and a tailgate style lunch on Friday before heading out to watch PowderPuff Football and participate in the Annual Homecoming Assembly. We could not have asked for better weather, it was the perfect ending to a fun filled week!
After School Study Hall
Starting September 28th, the JH will be offering After School Study Hall. After School Study Hall is designed to provide a quiet place for students to:
- Work on homework
- Get organized
- Receive Extra Help
- Have reliable wifi to complete assignments
Study Hall is open from 3:10 - 4:10 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. Students must have their own transportation at 4:10
No Referral Party is Coming Soon!!
Our Annual Halloween Dance will be our first No Referral Party of the year. Students can earn the opportunity to attend by not receiving a written discipline referral during the month of October. Following building expectations is the easiest way to earn the opportunity!
