*** Celebrate National Food Day & Atwood's 3rd Year Anniversary ***
YOU'RE INVITED!!! We've made it another year! Please come celebrate National Food Day during Atwood's 3-Year Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, October 24, 2013.
We're asking everyone to make a $3 donation to our PayPal account @ donations@nextstepsyep.org. Last year, Mayor Kasim Reed awarded us $6,500 in funding to continue building our vision for Atwood. This led to the addition of seating in our S.T.E.M. Lab, a brand new fridge, new walking trails and a host of other amenities. UPDATE! For the first time, we will open the doors to the home at Atwood so visitors can tour the facility and see our plans for converting it into a new training facility. So come on down and celebrate our success (yours, mine and the 3,000+ volunteers) in converting Atwood Community Gardens & Urban Farm Park into a sustainable urban agritourism destination site.
Thank you!
XOXOX
