Change of Date-Winter Choral Concert is 12/11

Greetings and Updates from MMS Principal Dara Gronau

Choose Kind: MMS Cares-Supporting our Maplewood Senior Citizens-MMS has begun a partnership with the township to connect our students to seniors in the community. This might include spending time with them, helping them learn a bit about technology, or helping with tasks around their homes. Parent/guardian permission will be required and students will only be permitted to go in groups of 3-4. More information is forthcoming.

Thank you MMS HSA-The MMS HSA surprised our staff with a "woot woot" wagon. They came to our Tuesday meetings and brought us afternoon power snacks and treats. It was a lovely surprise! Thank you treating our faculty and staff!

6th Grade 12/1 Assembly Thank you MMS parent Ms. Goldberg and Valerie Fund Educational Liaison for a wonderful presentation at our 12/1 assembly during which we welcomed back a 6th grade student returning from extended medical treatment. Our students learned about how they can support her health and reinforced our belief that at MMS we are family. The kids were well-behaved and ready to welcome her back to MMS!	Please donate to the school store MMS faculty and staff are doing a "Cougar Cash Cascade" where we will recognize students for good citizenship, effective effort, and improvement. We'd like to have some nice "swag" as students redeem their cougar cash for items in the school store. Please contact the main office or student council advisers Ms. O'Sullivan, Mr. Kaplan or Mr. Kaplan to donate items.
