What is Fetal Alcohol Syndrom

  • condition that results from alcohol exposure during pregnancy.
  • no know amout of alcohol is "safe"
  • causes from drinking alcohol during pregnancy:
  • smaller heads
  • deformed facial features
  • abnormal joints and limbs
  • poor coordination
  • problems with learning
  • short memories
