Details:
This is the moment you all have been waiting for--your chance to find out who your child will have for a teacher for the 2017-18 school year!
To keep traffic and crowds reasonable, please be sure to come at the time that matches your last name. For example, if your last name begins with anything between A and I, please come anywhere from 3:30 to 4:10 PM. If we stick to these times, you shouldn't have to wait in long lines, and everyone will be happy. If you must come at a different time, we understand.
The map below shows you how the event will be organized. Pay attention to the numbers and stars on the map, as this is the order in which we will flow through the event:
- Enter by the gymnasium. Your child will be greeted by some of our district's finest students, and your child will receive a little gift from the Doherty Family.
- Go into the gym. You will pick up a folder with important information, including a welcome letter from your child's teacher. While you are in the gym, we ask that you complete and submit any paperwork that needs to be completed before school begins. Your child will also get to submit a raffle ticket for a chance to win some cool prizes!
- Exit the gym through the door farthest away from where you entered. This is where you will drop off your child's school supplies so that they can be waiting for your child in the classroom on the first day of school!
- Proceed to the Multi-Purpose Room. You will have a chance to meet our phenomenal PTO, find out more about transportation, and learn about our great food services program.
- Exit the Multi-Purpose Room and head to the Playground to enjoy a popsicle!
