PLCs this week
During PLCs this week-complete the following items:
1. update RTI data in Esped for upcoming RTI meetings (reach out to Mitchell, Gelnaw, or Luft if you need help)
2. look at current data and/or student work to make instructional adjustments to push student learning the last 6 weeks. How is time being maximized during workshop AND Eagle time to meet the needs of ALL learners? What strategies are you using to raise cognitive demand of ALL learners? Invite Rachel, Jamie, Sped, or Mitchell if needed
3. Update our Google monitoring sheet with current April INDEPENDENT reading levels by next Tuesday. During this week's PLC or next week's, collaborate with your team and/or support staff ways to support any students that will not meet EOY expectations or is not making much growth lately.

*Discuss T-TESS Domains 1-4. We will review any further evidence you may have for 1-3 and discuss your evidence for domain 4.
*Review T-TESS Goal Setting PART 1, 2, and 3
*SLO completion and reflection
*Determine goals for next year
*Plan Summer PD courses that support TTESS goals and campus focus. (PD schedule coming soon)
**Please drop any evidence of your goals and/or particular dimensions of T-TESS prior to the conference into a document and into your google folder. **Be sure to label the evidence. (Ex. Create a new doc inside of your folder, paste pict of guided reading plans or differentiated writing task, label with “2.4 Differentiation-brief description”-refer to your TTESS rubric)

Northwest Reads- Will you come and read to us? Northwest ISD elementary schools will welcome guest readers from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday, April 26, as part of Northwest Reads, and volunteers are now being sought. Participants will choose from a variety of books to read to pre-kindergarten through fifth-grade students at one of the district's 18 elementary schools, which helps inspire children to become lifelong readers. - I am thankful for the awesome breakfast, super fun survival kit, and hour long break after STAAR testing. Thanks to everyone who went out of their way to make the day a little easier to get through.
