Is it possible to have civil public discourse?

This week, we are introducing the topic of Civil Public Discourse through the video called "Getting Along, Despite Differences" from one of the previous National Q Commons Alumni, Os Guinness. Locally, Assemblyman Ken Cooley, Councilwoman Bonnie Gore, and Superintendent Ed Manansala will be with us on October 13th as we discuss topics of engaging a divided nation.
