FIVE (5) BOARD OF DIRECTORS CANDIDATES FOR CONSIDERATION - PLEASE LOOK AT ALL 5 CANDIDATES BEFORE VOTING
BILL SANFELICE
Bill was born and raised in Erie, PA. Bill graduated high school and then attended United States Marine Corps Training at Parris Island SC in 1994. After 4 years of honorable active duty, Bill moved to Covington GA and has called it home since.
.
Bill has served as a DeKalb County Police Officer, Executive Protection Officer for BellSouth during hurricane Katrina restoration efforts, shift superintendent at SRG Global Covington and is now currently the Production Manager / Co-Owner of The Cutting Board Company in Norcross. His qualifications include: budget planning, procurement, and business development, coordinating business acquisitions, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
.
Bill, his wife Lisa and son Collin have lived in Covington Place since 2014. They enjoy every aspect of this community and Bill would like to serve a greater purpose by volunteering his time to the Board, making sure the community continues to thrive and keep standards and common areas up to date.
BRIAN DEAN
My family and I have lived in Covington Place for nearly 5 years and we thoroughly enjoy it.
.
My qualifications are my HOA experience, my financial background, and my business experience. I served as president of the HOA for our family's last community for 3 years. Unfortunately, that community did not have many volunteers at all...so, being part of this community has volunteers has been refreshing. I am an army veteran. I have worked for AT&T for 10 years in their finance organization and have run my own photography business for 7 years.
.
I've always been mindful of property values. I'd like to see my neighbors to get as much money for their homes as possible, and attract a buyer that is willing to pay more to be in a community with strong property values.
SUSIE KECK
.
I am very proud of our family. I love this neighborhood and the community we have all built. I have been involved for years serving on the social committee as well as a HOA board member.
.
I retired in 2015 from commercial carpet sales. I am very outgoing and enjoy golf and traveling.
.
I would like to keep serving on the HOA board and would appreciate your vote.
PERRI FUTO
I have lived in Covington Place since November 2010 and always have been proud to participate in the meetings prior to serving on the HOA board. Our community is an impressive one, and we have weathered the real estate meltdown, not without casualty, and are currrently experiencing a stabilization, if not an upswing in home prices.
.
If elected for another term on the board, I will work to see that this trend continues working with other board members and homeowners to see that covenants are enforced and projects are completed in accordance with covenants and guidelines.
.
I have been a real estate agent since 1998 and a broker since 2001, so I am familiar with the importance of maintaining the attractiveness of our neighborhood and it's amenities. Our HOA fees are modest compared to those of similar neighborhoods. There is new construction occurring in our area, and tract home builders are very aggressive in our marketplace, which makes it difficult for some resales to compete. Our advantages are our proximity to Covington Square, golf cart accessibility to city amenities, and the way our community is maintained relative to other communities with which we compete.
.
I would very much appreciate the opportunity to continue to represent the community on the Board of the HOA, but in any circumstance, will continue to support and participate to preserve our community.
VOTE FOR UP TO 3 CANDIDATES
You can vote for 1, 2 or 3 candidates. Any ballot containing votes for all 5 candidates will be rejected.
.
The 3 candidates with the highest number of votes will be elected to serve for a 2-yr term.
.
Remember that each residential address is allowed to turn in ONE ballot. Any additional ballot submitted for a single residential address will be rejected.
.
Be sure to vote and make your vote count!
JON WILBUR

I'm an US Army veteran and have been in law enforcement for the past 18 years working at the local, state, and federal levels. I'm looking to continue the forward progress of Covington Place and give a voice to the families of Covington Place with young children.
