Attendance Week: Sept 9-13
We have officially signed up for the Regional Office of Education’s Attendance Week competition where Lake County Schools compete for the highest attendance rate the week of September 9th. The Attendance Competition promotes improved school attendance at the beginning of the school year, and emphasizes the need to attend regularly to receive full educational benefits. This is in collaboration with Attendance Work’s in promoting Attendance Awareness Month.
We have done well the last few years, but we want to try and be first place this year in Lake County!
Each day, the grade level with the best attendance rate will get to select a theme day for the Week of September 23.
