Top section
On the first line you write down the simple, your full name and social security. The second line is filled out if the form is being filled out jointly. Home address goes on the third line and the city with zip code goes on the fourth.
Income
On the first line, that is where you write down your wage and salary from that year. This can be found in box 1 of your W-2 Form. The second line is completed by writing down the Interest Income. Nothing goes down on the unemployment compensation. On the 4th line you just add up the lines before. For line you go to the back and fill out the form. On line A you enter the amount from line 1 on the front and add indicated amount. Line D is where you write the bigger of the two numbers above. On line E, write down 6,300 if single. Enter the smallest of the two on line E. For line F, do not put anything. Add lines E and F and that number goes on line G and on line 5 on the front. Back to line 6 on the front-for this number you subtract lines 5 from 4.
