Government
The type of government that China has is Communist state. The leaders of the executive branch are President HU Jintao and Premier WEN Jiabao. The name of the legislative branch is National People's Congress or Quanguo Renmin Daibiao Dahui. The judicial branch includes all the courts in China.The Constitution was adopted on 4 December 1982.They can vote when they are 18 years old.
Economy
The per capita GDP is $9,100 (2012 est.)country comparison to the world: 118 $8,500 (2011 est.) $7,800 (2010 est.) . The agriculture products they use is rice, wheat, potatoes, corn, peanuts, tea, millet, barley, apples, cotton, oilseed; pork; fish . Major industries they have is mining and ore processing, iron, steel, aluminum, and other metals, coal; machine building; armaments; textiles and apparel; petroleum; cement; chemicals; fertilizers; consumer products, including footwear, toys, and electronics; food processing; transportation equipment, including automobiles, rail cars and locomotives, ships, and aircraft; telecommunications equipment, commercial space launch vehicles, satellites . Also the import partners are Japan 11.2%, South Korea 9.3%, US 6.8%, Germany 5.3%, Australia 4.6% (2011) . The exports partners areUS 17.1%, Hong Kong 14.1%, Japan 7.8%, South Korea 4.4%, Germany 4% (2011) . The labor forces are agriculture: 36.7%industry: 28.7% services: 34.6% .
Culture
In China , their nationality is Chinese.The ethnic groups they have in China are Han Chinese, Zhuang, Manchu, Hui, Miao, Uighur, Tujia, Yi, Mongol, Tibetan, Buyi, Dong, Yao, Korean, and other nationalities .Their language spoken there is Standard Chinese or Mandarin, Minbei, Minnan,Xiang, Gan, Hakka dialects minority languages.For their religions there they use Daoist,Buddhist, Christian,and Muslims.
Geography
China's landforms are mostly mountains, high plateaus, deserts in west; plains, deltas, and hills in east. China's natural resources are coal, iron ore, petroleum, natural gas, mercury, tin, tungsten, antimony, manganese, molybdenum, vanadium, magnetite, aluminum, lead, zinc, rare earth elements, uranium, hydropower potential.For China's natural disasters are frequent typhoons (about five per year along southern and eastern coasts); damaging floods; tsunamis; earthquakes; droughts; land subsidence.
