Important Dates


August 3-Registration Day 8:00 am-2:00 pm
  • Families will visit the cafeteria to finalize the registration process. Booths include: grade level tables (find out your teacher assignment), bus information, car loop signs, aftercare, PTO, school shirts, yearbook and much more.
  • If you can not attend Registration Day call the office (321) 433-0050 to schedule an appointment time to complete the registration process.


August 9-Meet the Teacher Grades 1-6
  • Families are encouraged to drop off their school supplies when meeting the teacher. Student last name beginning with A-K, 8:00-8:45 am. Student last name beginning with L-Z, 9:00-9:45 am.


August 10-First Day of School Grades 1-6

  • Kindergarten assessment appointments begin (August 10-August 13).


August 11-Kindergarten Open Playground
  • All Kindergarten students are invited to come play on the playground and meet the Administration, School Resource Officer and Activity Team at 8:30 am.


August 12-Kindergarten Meet the Teacher
  • Kindergarten class lists will be posted at the front doors at 2:00 pm, Meet the Teacher will take place 2:00-2:30 pm.


August 15-First Day of School Kindergarten
  • Kindergarten parent welcome breakfast, after dropping your student off to their classroom door. Come meet our Administration and PTO.

  • Do I need to attend registration on August 3rd if we already filled out the registration paperwork? Yes, at this event you will get the name of your teacher, and visit a variety of booths.

  • Do I need any money at registration? No money is required but we do sell the school shirt and car magnets at registration. Please bring cash or your checkbook, if you plan to make a purchase.

  • Can parents walk their children to class? No, parents are not permitted to walk their children to class. Kindergarten parents should attend the Boo Hoo breakfast on the first day and they may escort their child into the building on their way to the breakfast.

  • Will volunteers be allowed in the building during the 22-23 school year? Yes, volunteer tasks must be scheduled with the classroom teacher. All volunteers must be approved. For more information visit https://www.brevardschools.org/Page/11104
