Parent Teacher Conference Setup - Both in Skyward and Google Doc
Teachers/staff will need to enter their own breaks, lunch, and dinner for conferences in Skyward and in the google doc below. Attached below are the directions to enter their own “Do Not Schedule” times. This is the first thing that must be completed so when Davida adds the times on the list, you will not be scheduled during the indicated time periods.
In the Keith Team Drive and linked here is the Conference Scheduler template that I must turn in for conferences. This information must be updated no later than October 28, 2019.
Remember non-load bearing staff and alternate teaching staff can have their own conferences. If you have people who need them setup you will need to compete the Conference Setup Elem Other Staff.

Updates on IRIP Support - Attention K-3 Teachers
This weekend I will be working to data mine the IRIP students for each grade and prepare to email the parent letter and commitment form to all IRIP families. This will be emailed early next week. The letter will be worded in such a way that it won't matter if you've connected or not that "you either already have heard from your will soon be hearing from your child's teacher." This way there isn't confusion for families. Please let me know what questions you have!

- New questions and responses regarding the MDE/CEPI retention letter.
- New question regarding the M-STEP testing window for spring 2020.
All revisions/additions are identified in italics.
