OVES EOG Testing Information
Grades 3-5
Important Reminders
- What: ELA, Math, and Science (5th grade only) EOG; Read-to-Achieve Test
- When: June 6 - 8, 2023 at 1:00pm
- Who: 3rd and 4th Grade on June 6 & 7; 5th Grade on June 6-8
- Where: New Bridge Middle School
- Students will need their charged laptops and charger.
- They will NOT be allowed to have phones, smart watches, or any electronic devices during the test.
- They may bring a bottle of water and reading material that is not related to the test subject for after the test.
EOG Arrival & Dismissal Traffic Pattern Guidelines
Student Drop-off at the FRONT CIRCLE of NBMS
DROP-OFF 1:00 - 1:30pm
- Students cannot be dropped of before 1:00pm to allow all NBMS students, buses, and staff time to get off campus. This will ensure the safety of all students and avoid traffic jams.
- OVES Staff will be present to collect students.
- Please review the maps below ahead of time to know where to drop your student off.
Student Pick-up at BACK GYM of NBMS
- Students will be dismissed from the gym at the back of New Bridge Middle School after testing is completed.
- Parents will be notified by teacher DOJO or a phone call when their students' testing session is over.
- Parents will be allowed to park in the back lot at this time and receive their children at the door of the gym.
- Please review the maps below ahead of test day to review the area and traffic pattern.
