Second Hand Furniture Give Away

Are your children growing too fast? Have they outgrown their desk or chair? We will be giving away furniture that is no longer needed here at school. Bring your truck, bring your trailer and take it away for free on Monday 17 March from 3:00pm under the COLA.

Sports News

The students in our PSSA teams are really enjoying the Summer competitions. Please enjoy these photos of our AFL players.
ESPSSA/SCPSSA Married Rugby League Trials

Congratulations to the following Year 6 students who were selected to represent ESPSSA/SCPSSA in the Open Boys Rugby League team: Zach, Cooper M and Jace. This is a fantastic achievement and one that these boys have worked extremely hard for. They will now play in the Robert Stone Memorial Shield on Tuesday 1st April, competing for selection into the Sydney East PSSA team. We wish them all the best of luck.

Don't forget that Summer sport draws can be found on our school website, simply click on the following link.

Reading Support Program

Stage 1 are hoping to start a Reading Support Program. We require parent volunteers who can commit to reading with students three times a week, if possible. Ms Low and Mrs Macdonald are presenting a talk this Friday to provide more details. If you are interested, please come to the library at 8:45.

P & C News

Thank you to the families who have donated second hand uniforms to the school for our upcoming second hand uniform stall. Just a reminder, if you have any old uniforms in good condition and would like to donate them to the P & C, please leave them washed and ready on the stage in the old school hall.

The second hand uniform stall will be open on Friday 4th April from 8.30am - 9.30am and then again at 2.45pm - 3.30pm.

The next P&C meeting is on Monday 17th March, 7pm in the library, all welcome.

Public Child Dental Services

All children aged 0-17 years of age are eligible for free dental treatment at Public Dental Clinics. Children and eligible adults (Concession card holders) can make an appointment at a public dental clinic by calling 1300 134 226. There may be waiting periods for patients requiring non-urgent treatment and everyone needs to have a Medicare card.

Our nearest public dental clinics are located at Daceyville and Mascot Public Schools. Unfortunately, the clinic at Chifley is no longer in operation.
