Jump, Speed, and Agility Training

Our very own volleyball coach and certified fitness professional, Coach Mac, will be offering conditioning on Tuesdays and Thursdays for all volleyball athletes at St. Gabriel's. Sessions will be held after open gyms from 5:00 pm-6:00 pm.

Conditioning sessions are volleyball specific and focus on jump, speed, and agility training. Coach Mac's goal is to condition Saber volleyball athletes to be faster, stronger, and more agile than any of the teams in our area.

It is very important that our athletes properly and safely carry out exercises. Mac does a fantastic job with correcting bad form, muscle imbalances, and educating athletes about the importance of injury prevention.

Coach Mac has a lot of education and information to share with our program and I strongly advise each athlete to jump in on this every Tuesday and Thursday night after open gyms. Hard work and commitment= results. Results could mean a scholarship! Take your training to the next level and join Mac to become a powerful and agile volleyball player.
